This section offers information about accessing and receiving information, support and services in your community, if you are a person diagnosed with a dementia, or a family member or care partner of someone with a dementia. Topics include:

Receiving a diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease or a related dementia can be overwhelming, but there are community supports and services that can assist you in many different ways throughout this process.
